Xavier Pijnacker

About me

Hi, I’m Xavier Pijnacker, a 23-year-old film student at the Dutch Filmers Academy in Amsterdam. From an early age, I was always a bit different, more interested in computers and cameras than in becoming a professional footballer. My passion for creating started with making YouTube videos about video games and editing in Photoshop. In my free time I started taking photographs. Over the years, this passion has grown into a real career path, leading me to study film and audiovisual media to further develop my skills as a creator.

As I find my direction during this study, I’m drawn to capturing unique and captivating stories. Whether it’s the sleek lines of cars, the vibrant colors of a sunset, or the subtle beauty of everyday life, I strive to create images that evoke emotion and leave a lasting impression. My greatest passion lies in nature and people, often finding inspiration in the dunes around Noordwijk aan Zee, while also seeking out unique stories of individuals.

Most of the time, you can find me in my home studio, editing my work or working on personal projects. Translating emotions into images is what I love to do. Explore my portfolio and join me on this creative journey!
